While I am involved in real estate throughout the Washington region, I hold a special interest for the neighborhood of South Riding, Virginia, because it’s where I live. My South Riding roots are a family affair, as I have four other family members who are also South Riding homeowners. With over 6,300 homes and 25,000 residents, South Riding boasts a diverse community spirit, vibrant events and natural beauty, but don’t let its size intimate you, as it’s a charming community known for its unique blend of residential designs, swimming pools, pocket parks and retail & community centers and a golf course. It has been developed as a self-contained community, retaining its original character, while serving the growing needs of its residents. I moved here so I could set my car keys aside on weekends and stroll to the seemingly endless dining and shopping options of my own neighborhood. If I need to take flight, Dulles International Airport is only ten miles away.
